You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@murpo same bundle as me and looking back, we ordered around the same time. So potentially good news for me then. The only problem is I'm moving on Sat (not far away) so my mate may have to sign for it as I'm moving my stuff. Hope he can and they're not gonna be super picky!

@BomagJJWhy would EE leave the stock to decontaminate but Argos ship same day? Hmmm, I know that's what we all heard, maybe EE get their stock a day later than everyone else, hence the delay last week?

@astonavfc can't really 100% trust what staff say but DST have been consistently stating that they get deliveries on a Thursday. Not sure why it has to decontamimate. Maybe that's DPDs rule!

@Thebatmanofbelf I didn’t get the same text the others got the other day. My account originally had errors and they had to fix things and I think they ended up manually processing it, I can see the order under my add ons in my EE account, the executive department and everyone else has confirmed my order is ok and there are no more errors with it.
the guy on the phone today seemed very confident that I will get a DPD notification today or tomorrow and he told me to call on Monday if I didn’t get one. He said he can’t guarantee it though.

I’ve just landed a PS5 disc console with Spider-Man from GAME as a back up.
I had errors with my order originally too, it also got manually processed, and I haven’t received a single text. Yesterday I was told an entirely different phone number was linked to my order and today I have been told this is not true. Yesterday the lady and her manager too could not change the number on the order.
so I have had no texts, I can’t receive anything from DPD and I can’t see the add to plan order on my cccount, yet they keep telling me my order is fine. I think there’s too many indicators showing that in fact, my order is not fine.
im 50/50 sure to whether I am going to receive this order or not, thus the order made with game as a back up.

Lol at the people who are coming back for a second round of disappointment from Ee.
The sensible thing to do was to get a backup option from another retailer.

if that question was meant for me...yes I have an Xko number, every time I ring I just get told it’s an ‘open order’ and like I said I’ve had no texts or anything it’s been a bit of a drag really.
