You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I ordered the bundle this morning (Didn't get the batch with you originals). I have a confirmation email, linked to my correct mob no and I have the xko number. Does that mean i'm pretty much sorted and just have to wait on further contact?

Just waiting on a DPD email at this point. I’m a SIM only customer, and had called a couple of times to be assured that I would be getting one after reading through this huge worrying thread 😆
Eventually I got an xko number email and was asked to call. The CSA put the order through with no drama. I’ve since had the add to plan show up on myEE, £10 taken and a text detailing add to plan accessories and cost to my monthly bill.
My order was around 10am and for the bog standard console deal.
I also asked the CSA if I could pay it off early and she said you can, the lump sum essentially gets added to your next bill at whatever point you elect to pay it in full.

Really frustrating isn’t it.
the week before I got the Xbox series X with no problems whatsoever ever (for my nephew)
seemed like there was a wait in processing the order but I rang up and they did it there and then on the phone, the next day I received it.
it was top notch service and I couldn’t have asked for anything more, but this time round has been an absolute nightmare, and with an order that seems to be in lingo, I’m just left quite surprised and worried.
id rather take this one from EE because I’ve got a bundle I actually want, whereas the order I’ve landed with game isn’t quite the same plus I have had to pay an extra £20 for delivery.
But with no texts or anything, nothing on the DPD app as they have the wrong number, I literally have no info to go off.

@Rambozani It is normal for this to happen when your ps5 is dispatched. Sometimes when orders are manually processed it appears to be happening sooner

I've been able to see it in there since 20th and still no PS5. Wouldnt pay much attention to it to be honest.. I'd just wait until 15th, like EE have said.
