You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Had a few questions if anyone could help?
What’s the difference between the xko number and order number? As I only have a xko number?
Also are people on Sim only started to get lose their orders?
I am on Sim Only, added the PS5 + extra + plus on the 19th then upgraded to a 24m sim only the day after.
I guess it’s just a matter of waiting? Kinda annoying as I am looking to get new tv but kinda wanna know if I am getting a ps5 first.

@T_Davies I'm not an EE rep, but i've followed all 175 pages of this madness - so ill try to help.
1) The XKO appears to be some kind of internal tracking/order number on the EE system. It has nothing to do with DPD or actual parcel tracking outside of EE's system - but its essentially your order number.
2) Some Sim Only people are loosing orders. Basically, Sim Only wasn't technically eligible as per the ToS, but EE have a "senior team" processing all Sim Only orders manually, to see who is and is not eligible. It appears that if you're not eligible that EE are also trying to find a way for you to become eligible (taking out a new contract, transferring the order to another handset, etc)
3) If you havn't received some kind of "Please Contact Us" email you're probably alright - however the Digital Service Team on 0800 079 0531 have been the ones sorting people out here the most effectively
4) Console only orders have already all gone out as far as we can tell, most of us here are bundles, and have heard nothing more than the original XKO and "Thanks for your order" emails. There is the odd console only person here, but they seem to be having cancellations unfortunately.
Its absolutely a waiting game, unfortunately.
EE have really dropped the ball when it comes to keeping customers up to date.

im console only, ordered 8:23am. Initially they tried to take the £10 on 20th but because of sim only it went through but added to my bill. But on Friday the lady processed my order manually, not sure what batch I'm in haha but she said she could see my payment of £10 so maybe a ps5 was reserved?

I'm also console only and have not received my ps5 or delivery date yet. £10 was taken last Friday and I got a "Your PS5 order" email telling me I'd receive notification from DPD the day before my delivery date. Other than that I don't really know what's going on. Judging by people's comments I should probably get on to EE to try and get the order moving but yeah I'm just waiting around at the moment.

Good luck everyone stay positive I’m back at work this morning after 2 weeks off would have loved the PS5 for them 2 weeks but it obviously wasn’t to be 👎🏼 I’ll check back later to see the same I’d expect 😅
