You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

My order number does the same. I'm not expecting me until at least the 15th with the way EE have handled this. But I hope they won't be expecting us to start paying when we haven't even got it, my bill goes out on the 12th.

They sent me mine last week after chat and then said well I csnt track it and she said because it's not out for delivery yet

To be honest I'd trade and pay the whole console price for some indication as to when to expect to receive 🤣
I got it through speaking to live chat, dont think there is any other way to get it other than CS?

thanks man, I haven’t even received the 10 digit code, just numerous phone calls and all I have is that my order is an ‘open order’ so it’s not cancelled (so they tell me) and the xko number. I’ll contact them tomorrow to find out

I was told in my online chat earlier that she would make my delivery a priority and put notes on my account, didn't believe a word of it.

Hi everyone, I'm having to reply to this message cos I can't find out how to post a message either lol, now I'm a sim only customer now adays, an it had one month left on the contract, I went on EE did the add to plan for a PS5, managed to fill it all in an sent by 10:00 on the Thursday, It went through, got the vague email like most of us did.. Saying I had one, but no order confirmation number, I checked with the help line, had a very friendly lady that said there was another team working through the PS5 Orders, she sounded certain they'd get to my order, just needed time, and after a few days then did the online chat, to another wonderful person that checked my account and said it was there on the account but it was still being processed, and told me the add on charge doesn't normally show on your bill until you've got said device, and then I had a phone Call from EE, telling me I need a new contract to be able to keep my PS5 Add to plan order, said they were sorry to put me on the spot, but for a PS5 I said, that's no problem thank you for putting me on the spot and not just cancelling my order, gave me a few updrage options, choose a nice new extra Data sim contract, ba da boom ba da bing i got my PS5 Confirmation email with the code, it sounds like from the chat a fair few people haven't had as good time as I've had, really hope everyone gets there orders sorted, and just wanted to let people know my positive experience. And hopefully that means the people who have yet to Have had helpful communication from EE, will get it shortly. Cos I felt they helped me out, so for those that haven't had help, hopefully EE will help soon. 🙂

I've said it from like page 4 of this forum - EE have been making an effort to try to get people onto contracts that make them eligible - and fair play to them.
It's not a dodgy way to upsell phones, @SETH9191 was totally ineligible - 1 month left, Sim Only - but they give you the option for what you want to do, which is more than some places would.
