You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Only question i want answering is why are people who ordered a bundle order. Being kept in the dark..i guess no one has had any communication of ee. Folk have belled them and have had different answers. And the confusion over sim only getting a console as i dont know if the terms stated yes or no to getting one if u did good luck to u...all I'm asking for is clarity of ee not multiple different answers to folk who phone them...

So I’m a bundle with additional DualShock and I’ve been told my order has now went to “processing” which means it’s in the warehouse. Apparently the next 48 hours people will be getting texts but how true that is I don’t know, take it all with a pinch of salt!

Long time lurker first time poster...
just called digital sales team who confirmed my ps5 + controller + plus bundle is due for delivery Monday 30th nov. My delivery address is a new build so doesn’t show in the DPD app so I doubt I’ll get confirmation until the email from DPD shows up
so if you’re awaiting a bundle it looks like they do have stock

I am happy with speculation and want to keep updated as much as the next person. Just find some of the comments on this thread a little uncalled for about threatening to leave because someone ordered before and is getting a DPD notification. I think people stating what time they ordered and what they ordered and their service status is helpful. Moaning about people that ordered at 10am getting their consoles is not helpful.
im not trying to get at anyone I’m just saying keep the thread on topic and entitled stuff to a minimum.

@jay_sabherwal 150 then 1 then 1 then got to the wrong dept then they put me through correctly! So not much help but they sorted it out for me
