**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I ordered at 10:07 and just the 'Your Add to Plan order' email along with my XKO number.

Just to Clarify!! It seems everyone who has had texts and had there’s added to plan today are all SIM ONLY! And have had there orders Honoured by EE so they’ve been added to the system manually! Everyone else like me who ordered and have had XKO and £10 already taken on or after the 19th are secure from what I can gather 🙌🏼 Delivery By 15th December so just hold tight! Ps my anxiety is probably through the roof like the rest of you 😂

@AverageMom90 Yes it looks that way doesn’t it?!! I still haven’t had the £10 taken so that’s the only thing making me feel like i won’t be getting one. I just hope it happens otherwise my two sons will wake up on Xmas morning to a new tv and gaming chair with no console to play on 😂😂🥴

I have planted the seed and told them that there’s none left and they are selling for thousands on eBay 😳

My payment was taken day after my order number with email come through the money went out the bank on the 23rd 

 

order 8:17 

my next bill is £7 usually £17 with iPhone XR from June 2020  Price glitch on the plan the way haha

That's add that they've accepted later orders. On their Twitter at 8:57 they said they had ran out off stock.

 

How would they have enough stock to cover orders an hour after they ran out of stock? 

 

Don't get me wrong, I'm pleased for the individuals who managed to get one. It sounds like an issue with the website/order functionality.

I got from Game and also the order i was expecting least from Curry’s got delivered this morning. 

But no signs of EE

@craigmc78 you just need to go you your plan section or My EE Addons and benefits and then go to active add ons. 

So Iv rang them and they said it’s an open case and just awaiting stock 

Anyone had there confirmation today and there plan has gone up £5 a month extra? When ordering mine was £50 a month now the text i received today says £55 for 11 months..
