You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I think they are doing this at random.
I am sim only with broadband:
I ordered at 10am and have so far got the xko number, your order email, subject to availability email and just today got a text confirming the order, the plan added to my account and £10 quid taken from my account.
By chance I spoke to a lady who said my order has gone through however they don't have stock atm. She said I would get it by the 15th which is the standard response.
The wait is long but considering I ordered late I am a happy camper that I I will be getting one instead of forking out money to scalpers.

Okay since I’ve been lurking for a while just wanna share my experience.
ordered 8:39
received confirmation email shortly
received the repeating email the next day
got email this morning ask me to call
just called they said there’s name discrepancy but now solved. 10 has been taken and the monthly will be taken when PS5 arrives.
edit: got the email with XKO number as well
in terms of delivery all they can say is before 15th Dec.
Only speculation I can make is they are honoring sim only(same as currys situation). In terms of delivery I’m guessing nobody knows.

Ordered originally at 8.47am, on sim only and got told by chat my order wouldn't go through so added a second line with phone on the Friday. I'd had an email saying subject to eligibility checks my order was being processed (got 3). had nothing since till today when I got a PS5 order with XKo email, Txt message to say about my add to plan, also one about getting double data on my plan from now on (odd?). £10 taken out of my account and Add-on is now on my EE account for £55. Comms still suggest delivery by the 15th though.

I'm sim-only, too. I placed an order back at the release date. Got told yes, then no as wasn't eligible.
Then, like you RunningMan, I got a text just now, £10 taken from my account, and an add on of £55 x 11 months put onto my sim-only.
I just spoke to live chat and they've confirmed an order has been placed.
I think I'll sit tight until Dec 15 and make sure something turns up... Strange.

I ordered at around 10am and have just received the full email confirmation and order process text,
it doesn't appear they have any order to the process so just bare with them,
anyone on here got a time Frame between the confirmation and delivery?

Order confirmed with Xko at 08:18, £10 taken and "Your PS5 Order" email received the next day, but nothing showing in the add-ons section of my account yet (I have two other earlier add-ons in there already).
Doesn't look like orders are being processed in strict time order so who knows? Fingers crossed 🙂
