You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@JakeN1994 Hey JakeN, I went for the same, PS5 + extra controller, £45 a month, super weird because despite receiving these messages they haven't taken the £10. No mention of VAT tho

@dearlyphoto “regular weekly messages” I would find it hard to believe that was a mod positing on a forum. If it isn’t a text or email perhaps a pidgeon will fly by shortly with a scroll.

@Gdownes Yes, which goes directly against what you are stating. 'Progress' means as the order moves along, not 'we'll send you the same message every day to let you know that your order has not progressed at all and will still be with you by mid December'.

Just had the £10 taken out and email to say my ps5 has been ordered and will be delivered before the 15th, Sim only! Happy.

I didn't say everyday, you just got the hump cause you've been proved wrong and now you're having a little huff. On the progress would include, dispatches, delays, when it has been added to the plan. I didn't say I wanted an update I am just waiting until the 15th but don't try tell people what they should or shouldn't be doing. No one appointed you EE forum king

Stop being salty. It is clear the communication has been poor, aside from them saying they'd be in contact, the little contact there has been has been muddled. They clearly didn't mean they'd keep us updated via forum, they mean by e-mail or text, as others have shown. Being contrarian doesn't make you smart and your attitude is reprehensible.
Aside from this though, I fear we won't be getting any messages from DPD today. EE had said we get free Monday-Friday to delivery, not sure how that would work over the weekend.

@hb719 if it is shipped on a Friday it would be for a Monday delivery. However DPD do let you pay for weekend delivery sometimes 🙂
