**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

@Gdownes Yes, correct. Finally you're getting somewhere. A change to your order would be progress. So, that might be for example, a sim only customer who has only just had their order confirmed.
It would not be anyone of us in the boat of having ordered last week, on contract, with an advised delivery date of mid-December when we are still in that exact same position.
This really isn't hard to understand.

Might try and buy the rights to this forum thread and turn it into a film, this current fight scene will be intense.

@Kory If you go onto your EE app and go onto add ons does it say £55 add to plan?
27-11-2020 11:24 AM
@hb719 Kindly demonstrate how EE 'clearly' meant that would email or text us when the order status had not changed.
Tip: you're going to find that a tricky task.

@dearlyphoto again, I didn't say i needed or wanted an update. You are the one coming on thinking you're the god of patience putting other people down for wanting an update. Some people want it, does that effect your life in anyway? No

Just received text confirmation with XKO and details of my plan.
Also has been added to my plan on my EE finally.. so that's even more confirmation.
The add to plan has been listed as £55per month, however an additional item shows £10 loyalty to be deducted to my bill every month.. bringing it down the correct add on price of £45.
Finally absolute confirmation. Delivery still remains by 15th December, however I was aware of that when I ordered, I must be one of few people to read T&C's.. but as a solicitor, it's pretty normal
