**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

I have a mixture of sim only and phone accounts with them, but it’s been added to a Sim only one, it went though straight away so all good, maybe if your only on sim only it doesn’t work???

Nothing yet, if EE have stock then DPD normally send out emails in the evening or the morning of delivery. Depends if EE have stock or not tbh.

I have just had an online chat and the CS rep said FROM 15th December even though I have the XO order number email stating BEFORE 15th. I haven’t had the £10 taken. It’s so confusing. I just want a definitive answer so I can try and buy another if it’s not likely to be delivered before Christmas. It’s a gift for my 7&10 year old sons so I’m stressing 🙄

I live in hope! I was a last minute EE order at 945am as I didn’t know they were doing it. I spent hours refreshing on John Lewis, game, curry’s etc. Went onto EE and it’s was so simple I felt like I had wasted time with all the other websites! I just hope it arrives in time. I shall keep my eyes peeled for any DPD delivery news on here 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Heres Everything You Need To Know!

Q&A:

Q - Ive Ordered Through Sim Only, Will I Still Get My Console?

A - The Simple Answer Is NO, Its Stated Clearly That Sim Only Customers Werent Eligible

Q - Ive Had An Email But My £10 Hasnt Been Taken Or Ive Had My £10 Taken But No Email?

A - I Would Contact CS As Soon As Possible To Enquire About Your Order

Q - Will I Get My Console Next Week?

A - The Reality Of It Is No One Knows, EE Have Placed There Order Of Consoles Through Sony And Its All Down Now To Sony To Deliver, If Being Realistic Sony Have Allocated A Set Number Of Consoles To EE And Weve All Ordered Them, I Would Say Within The Next Week Sony Will Deliver And The Week After We Could Start Seeing Some Dispatches

Q - Could DPD Contact Us Monday?

A - Truth Is They Could But Only If EE Are Pulling Our Arms And Actually Do Have Stock But Why Would They Lie About It? But Yes Lets Say They Are And They Have 20,000 Consoles In There Warehouse, Yes We Could See An Update Monday We Will All Have To Wait And See

Additional Information As Follows:

Firstly: If You've Recieved 2 Emails, Got An XKO Number & Have Had £10 Taken From You, Your Order Has Been Placed And Confirmed

Secondly: EE Have Zero Stock Of The Consoles At This Prescise Moment, They Are Awaiting The Delivery Of The Consoles From Sony Directly, They Arent Able To Provide The Exact Date Theyll Get The Consoles But When They Are Recieved Your Order Will Be Picked And Delivered By DPD

Thirdly: Theres No Time Frame They Can Give You As To When Your Console Will Arrive Other Than The Fact Itll Be No Later Than The 15th Of December, People Mentioning Next Week, Monday Etc? This Isnt True The Truth Is No One Knows As They Have No Consoles Yet

Finally: Your Order Will Be Delivered On A First Come First Basis And Is Done Within 2 Batches, Batch 1 (19/11 , 8.00am - 8.45am) , Batch 2 (19/11 , 9.00am - Sold Out)

If You Placed Your Order In Batch 1 Between Them Times Youll Get Your Console First If You Placed Anytime After 9am You Fall Into Batch 2 And Will Get Your Consoles Last.

As Of Right Now Everyones Order Is Shown As (Open Sales) On The System Meaning The Item Isnt In Stock But Is Confirmed, When They Get The Consoles Delivered To There Warehouse Your Order Will Be Shown As (Picked & Placed) This Means Your Item Is Ready To Dispatch And Be Picked Up By DPD, Finally Itll Show As Delivered Which Means You Have Gotten Your Item. To Track This Use The My EE Order Tracking App!
