It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I’ve had my 10 pound taken (not pending), the 10 payment is showing on my EE account, spoken to several advisors, the last one I called was after they asked to call about my order.
I ordered around 9:40, but I think some bundles were out of stock a lot sooner.
regardless of delivery date, I’m happy to receive mine anytime as it’s for myself and not a gift just don’t want it cancelled.

I think the difference between the Xbox and PS5 is that I think EE had the Xbox in stock when they took the £10.
From everything I have read it sounds like they don't have any physical stock yet of the PS5. As they can't say when they will be getting the stock, this week may not be accurate. Unless you know when the stock is coming in it's just a guess
As long as your order went through, delivery time seems to boil down to two things.
When EE get their stock in and if the order was placed before or after 9am
I'm just going by what I have read in the thread but this is how I see it

@StefanWolves @Totally agree with you my Payment has left from pending to actually leaving my account . Hopefully I should be batch 1 but if I have to wait longer so be it just glad I got one .

My mate said that he just gets told what to say - Friday was there are getting orders ready for despatch, yesterday was they haven't had any stock and today is hoping to get stock mid week 😂😂
He said that if we haven't received a cancel email by now then this is positive .
You will receive one. Hopefully by 15th December.
Unfortunately they are behind due to ee putting through orders for sim only when they shouldn't so they are working these out

Hi guys just asking I’ve ordered a ps5 as a sim only customer but just this minute ive upgraded to a monthly customer will that entitle me to still have my order of the os5 now im a monthly contract customer?

All the different information is really not great. The first page says the £10 will be taken when the PS5 is shipped. I've had the 10 taken so according to EE it should be shipped but its not. I dont believe that they have zero stock, they just aren't telling people as they can't say who will be first imo

If you're sim only, you're not eligible for a PS5 according to everything we've heard from all the customer service reps.
However, you should call the digital sales team on 08000 790 531
They have been extremely good at getting people either upgraded to proper contracts to make the eligible, or sending your request for a PS5 up the chain to a senior team to make a decision on.
By calling this number, a number of sim only customers in this thread have gotten themselves sorted out.
