It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Dodgy_Geezer exact same with me but I'm santander , got my your order Thursday, and Friday got the Xko before December 15th about 3:00 on Friday money has moved from pending to out this morning

This was a banking thing rather than EE in terms of processing payments. I did my Sainsbury’s shopping yesterday afternoon and it’s still in pending! They are just pre-authorisation payments and banks clear them 48-72 hours afterwards.

So I had a chat with the online chat last night and they confirmed to me that line should be delivered tomorrow. Treating it with a fair level of scepticism though.

My £10 payment has been taken since Friday too I ordered at 8.17am ps5 disc drive. Received 2 emails. Also got told by couple of agents that i’ll receive mine tomorrow however talking to agent today he said that’s not true! Mixed messages from everyone. Frustrated.

I phoned ee digital sales saturday night 7.30..as i had the 2 emails friday = order confirmation saturday =prossessed confirmation ..but i have never had a xko number..he re emailed the prossessed one with the xko number... he said the order had already gone through.. the system was chaotic thurs fri sat...and some never got xko number...i asked about delivery dates. He said just waiting on sony to send ee order...but did say b4 15th dec. All orders where done randomly to stop system overload. So i think all orders will go out the same time...its just a waiting game but at least your guaranteed one..looking at the prices on the rip off sites is disgusting..chins up people ee are doing a fine job..

EE Digital Sales who deal with the orders directly can't even give us a straight up answer. What makes people think the Customer Service in India, who deal with general evening online chat, know any more than Digital Sales do? They just say what they see on screen. As explained, the team has to put Monday in the delivery day, for everyone.
EE can't do more than send the stock they had to those lucky enough to get it soon hopefully and now we have to wait for Sony to send EE more stock. We know that most of us are guaranteed a PS and it will arrive before the 15th.
Be patient and wait for DPD.

People posting some absolute rubbish in this thread. Please re-read page 10 of this thread. For Xbox pre-orders when the £10 was taken, the console was delivered a few days later. Anyone who has had the £10 taken should get delivery next week.
