**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Did that change on the app from we are expecting your order to it’s at your local depot

Yea the advisors I talked to yesterday said dispatch is 2 weeks after order date so it will be dispatched by the 19th December and then I said the email says it will be delivered by the 15th and then she changed to yes it will most definitely be delivered by the 15th. I don’t really think they know much about it all!

It goes from we're expecting your order, to we have your order and it's on its way to your local depot and now says it's at your local depot and will leave by 11am

Ps+ bundle ordered at 8.29 on 19th November.

 

DPD App and EE delivery notification received for tomorrow at about 7.30 this morning. West of Scotland area.

 

Hopefully everyone else received theirs soon!

Finally got my DPD notification this morning. It’s coming tomorrow. It’s been a pleasure folks. Remind me to never buy anything off EE again haha hope everyone left waiting gets theirs soon!

So, after seeing somewhere we should have gotten weekly updates, I decided to get inbtouch with EE roughly the beginning of last week (30-11-19 approx) and I was told shipments were due to start on the 15th, I queried this as every said by the 15th. The person I spoke to said they are due to leave ok the 15th. 

 

Then 2 days later I received a text from EE saying they wanted to update me that my order is all confirmed and it would be with me by the 15th at the latest. 

 

Then the 5th Dec i had another text from 150 saying Hi from EE thanks for buying accessory on add to plan .. blah blah. I had downloaded the DPD app and on Sunday 6th DPD notified me that they would deliver my parcel in the next hour. It was delivered on Sunday. Thankfully! 

 

I hope everyone receives theirs soon. The communication from EE needs improvement, and advisors should all be given the same information to stop this confusion amongst customers.

I think it all depends where you live too.

 

On my app its on they have received order details and awaiting parcel. Dpd have already done one delivery and he said he would expect to deliver over the next few days..... they are just so busy however he did say that the yesterday someone went mad at him as ee had sent a dpd email and turned our it was being delivered by parcel force ! The customer even had a dpd notification.
