You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Just had my dpd notification. Never got my bundle yesterday as I was told and no sign of it coming today like I was also advised of later in the day. Glad to finally know when it's coming. You guys enjoy your consoles when you get em. I'll sorta miss this forum x

Just recieved email from ee saying my parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Nothing from dpd tho but it does show on the app when i put in the tracking num as waiting for your parcel

I think this forum as been a big part of everyones life now for over the past 3 weeks. All us from 19th we didnt even doubt ee for 1 min 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Full PS+ bundle ordered on the 19th.
After a heart-stopping moment when the DPD driver walked up my neighbour's drive with a massive box, then went back to his van...
...and a second heart-stopping moment when he walked up my drive with a tiny box ("Oh god they've just sent a controller")...
...and a final van return and triumphant parade up my drive with the esteemed parcel on a silken cushion*.
*I may have made the cushion up.
As an aside, the excuse about "Sony making up the bundles" was total rubbish - the PS+ card is shoved in the the clear envelope on the outside of the outer box, with the delivery note. Console and second pad are in separate boxes inside. And all very well packed.
Just make sure you check your delivery note holder!

Just spoken to customer services although we have a date for delivery today it doesn’t mean we will get delivery today 🤦♀️ It just means DPD have got them and then need to scan through them all so could get delivery by Monday
I asked why then has an email sent by EE stating delivery 11th Dec with DPD tracking
I was then told they have thousands to go through
apologised that the whole journey has not been a good customer experience!!
so looks like could get delivered anytime between now & 15th as she guaranteed delivery by 15th
think EE have taken on too big a challenge

I contacted EE chat and they gave me my order number dpd number. Mine shows update 12.25 yesterday saying we've recieved your order details but have not yet reviewed your parcel. I think its a case of dpds processes now and how well they update which is why some people are seeking it just turn up. Its been added to my plan a has a dpd tracker so is bound to arrive over the next day or 2.

I just contacted digital services who advised its now picked but awaiting dpd collection.. !!!
Still can't give me tracking, also not had a text or been added to my plan yet. To say I'm concerned.. just a touch. The advisors don't give you confidence at all..
Another day of refreshing again.. fingers crossed is all I can do..
