Still not had a code for game pass n still waiting on the game voucher

Hi @Kerrigan4,

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

I take it you have added the Xbox bundle to pay monthly with your mobile plan? To activate your Game Pass Ultimate, visit ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number you have added the Xbox to and you should be able to activate it.

For the Gamecard, if it has been more than 2 working days and you have not received a text from us with the details, try texting EE GAMECARD to 150 from the number the Xbox was added to.

If that does not work give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can send a form off for you to our product support team to get your Gamecard information sent out to you.
