I have been with EE for over a year now, I was promised a 12 month subscription to gamepass ultimate, I try to add it on the app and it just keeps refreshing itself. False advertising in my humble opinion, it was one of the reasons I signed up with EE. If i could leave the contract without a fee I would, terrible provider, even worse service/website.
