Hi i have an Email from EE after upgrading my contract that offers me 12 Months Gamepass Ultimate free and after waiting 14 days i still see no way of activating the offer on the EE website or the EE app  just keep offering Gamepass Ultimate at £12 per month which i don't want can anyone help?.

Let's get this one checked out for you, am I correct in thinking it was broadband you've ordered here?

Also what date did you initially place your order for this?

The order was completed on the 4th of February

@swany57 Was this the date that you placed the order, or the date that your connection went live? 
This promotion ended on the 28th of January so has been removed from the app, but if you ordered on an eligible date our team can still help you get the offer redeemed.

As far as I know it went live on the 4th so I had ordered the broadband
around a week before I received the email about the 12 months Game pass a
day later I'm pretty sure I was within the time limit or I wouldn't have
received the email
