Gamecard timeframe

Hi I ordered an XBox series X on 27th November (arrived fine and working) but with it came a £160 gamecard which hasn't arrived yet.

Does anyone know the general timeframes between order and when it arrives?

It is great to hear you have got an Xbox bundle.

The game card would usually be sent by text within 2 working days of the Xbox being delivered.

If you've not received anything after that period, give our customer service guides a call and they can get it chased for you.
