When I took out a new mobile contract last year, I included free Game Pass Ultimate as part of my All Rounder plan. It doesn't state if it's 12 months, just simply free. My Xbox Game Pass app states that this subscription is expiring in a few weeks.
Will this automatically renew through EE? Or was it in fact just 12 months?
Wondering if anybody knows how this works!

Cheers @CarlDavid20, my thought was this looked like a console too, so it's definitely something worth getting double checked.
We don't have account access here on the Community, but if you give our team a call, they can confirm everything so we can be 100% sure.
Also you're absolutely right when it comes to the Game Pass, if this is an inclusive extra it should all roll on as normal.

There are a few different ways that Game Pass Ultimate can be added to your account, so it'll depend here.
If you've selected this as an inclusive extra it should be indefinite until you switch your option, but we did offer this as a 12 month free extra on some plans too.
So we can be 100% sure on how it is this is active, I'd definitely recommend giving our customer care team a shout, and they can help you get this checked out.

Thanks for responding so quickly! So the Game Pass Ultimate I have is an inclusive extra, not added on separately. I don't believe it's a 12 month, but I've taken a screenshot from my account if that helps!

Cheers @CarlDavid20, if it's the Inclusive Extra you have active, then this shouldn't have any time limit associated with it.
I can see you have a second add-on here saying 'Xbox Gaming Bundle' though.
Is this from a console that you purchased as well, as that could also have had a period of Game Pass included too.

Strangely enough I have no idea what that bundle is. I didn't know I had it! I can't find any info on my account about it. After a quick Google I can see this is a console largely. I purchased one myself a few years ago, so no need to get one through EE.
Are you able to confirm what this is?
I know it was the inclusive extra that I activated so I assume this will roll over next week in any case!
