Hi,
So I recently changed my ISP provider from Virgin to EE, and ever since the change I have been experiencing lag spikes on online games that go from 9ms to 400-600ms every few seconds. It happens so much that the game becomes unplayable.
I have run a few speed tests and everything returns back normal (500mbs and 60mbps) however gaming has become unplayable, considering on Virgin, I had a stable ping of 20ms on a game.
I’ve already contacted the EE broadband help team and they didn’t help one bit. My router is the Smart Hub plus. Could someone help me fix this issue?
