I ordered the Nintendo switch 2 on the ee store and I haven't received my ee game card code and I'm struggling getting into my messages right now is there anyway they can be emailed instead?

So after may phones calls regarding my missing EE game cards, I was advised to email bhneegaming@waivpay.com which I did as I also attached 2 screenshots of my order confirmations. How long can it take for them to reach back to you? Many thanks
