PS5 add to plan with FC 26

Hi,

I purchased a PS5 disc edition via add to plan and it was supposed to come with a £125 EE Game card, £200 worth of vouchers for PS Plus and FC 26. 

I have only received the vouchers in the box and I know the EE gamecard will be sent to my email in a couple days, however, I'm just wondering why I have not received a copy of FC 26?

Just checking the sales page and it says:

No, the only thing in the box was an envelope with the vouchers for the PS Plus subscription.

The EE Store page for the PS5 Slim Disc Edition (PS Plus Extra & £125 Gamecard) bundle says:

  • Includes £125 EE GameCard to redeem the new EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition.

You need to use the EE Gamecard credit to download EA FC 26.

I still haven't received the EE Gamecard, is there anyone I should be contacting if I don't receive this in the next couple of days? It hasn't taken this long in the past.

I’m having same issues, keep getting told it will be with me today, tonight etc and nothing now been told I’ve gotta wait longer…

 

if they can’t supply the EE gamecard when said they shouldn’t be selling it or offering it out.. I’ve seen people say they waited for months to get there card.

 

EE are a joke at the min don’t really care, complaints keep getting closed aswel..
