EE game card/bhn gaming

I’ve been waiting since the 21st November for PlayStation e gift cards that I purchased using the game card I had with a PlayStation I added to my mobile phone contract.    I have emailed bhn gaming.  I have messaged on the contact us.  I have multiple live chats plus multiple phone calls.   Every time I’m told you need to email.  They said they’ve messaged them and escalated and I should wait 48hrs.   I don’t know how long their 48hrs is but it’s not the same as our normal 48hrs.    Absolutely appalling service.  I just want this sorted.  It was meant for a birthday present.  That passed so thought I’d use it for a Christmas present.  Well that ship has also sailed.   Who do I need to physically speak to to get this sorted as I’m really at the end of my tether

Hi @Jordanalt,

If I understand your post correctly, you have received your EE Game Card from us and tried to redeem it for Playstation store vouchers and that is where you are having the issue?  As if so that is when you would need to e-mail our partners at Blackhawk who run the fulfilment on the EE Games store on bhneegaming@waivpay.com

If you have not received the Game Card that is when you would need to contact us on 150 for the issue to be raised via form with our fulfilment team. If you have e-mailed Blackhawk and not heard back, we can raise an escalation form with our fulfilment team to help and they will get in touch with you once they have heard from them. This sounds like what has been done last time you contacted us regarding it being escalated.

Yes I’ve emailed the bhneegaming multiple times. I’ve spoken to your agents and it’s been escalated twice but nothing is getting done.   It’s really not good practice that the only way you can get in contact with them is via email as they do not respond.
