I had a PS5 Pro bundle delivered yesterday with the Playstation Plus vouchers stuck to the side of the box in an envelope but no mention of the £70 EE Gamercard that was in supposed to be included.
Tech support have said that it is likely due to the 14 day cooling off period and will be sent seperately after that time, anyone else found this or was I just being fobbed off?
I've seen lots of complaints on here about people not receiving the cards

The advisor called me back to say it should be text to me in 2 days and has now filled out a form for it to be escalated, fingers crossed this sorts it
