Trying to claim a GameCard is a joke. How can this not just be sent to the email that ordered? Would save an advisor to help actual customers issues and give people a good service. As texting 150 didn’t works as suggested in previous posts and I’m not on hold for over 25 minutes to speak to someone to sort this.
it’s the same for the Gamepass and such that come with broadband. Always a chore to claim these things through EE. If they can’t be bothered to do the promotion properly then don’t bother at all.

I have phoned up this week they keep telling me I have to wait one lady filled out a form for my missing gamecard going into the 2nd week now I still not got my gamecard

So, I received the voucher code & pin via text (didn't work)
So I called EE & they told me to email the WAIVPAY team & if I didn't hear anything back within 48 hrs to call them. I called them & the lady was very helpful & polite, but said I needed to wait 7 days after I sent the email, but she looked into it for me anyway.
She raised a job ticket for it to be looked into, this morning I have received 2 texts both containing the exact same voucher code & pin 🤦🏻 still not working. I have exercised every outlet & spoke to every man & his dog.
This is disgusting customer service & an absolute joke that it has still not been sorted.

Hi again @RobTagg, I'm disappointed to hear that this still isn't resolved for you.
What was the last update you had on this, and have you heard anything further since your previous post?
Just to be sure as well, what exactly is happening when you try to use your code and PIN?
It's only via games.ee.co.uk that this can be used, so if you're trying to use this direct in a third party store like PlayStation or Xbox it won't work until you've bought their specific currency via the EE Game Store.

I have now spoke to 3 different customer service reps from EE, sent 4 emails to bhneegaming@waivpay.com & had no reply
I think the voucher code I have received is too short I hope I can get this resolved soon as it's been nearly a month now!

So have you had no reply to any of the four emails you've sent here?
When was it you last spoke with a CS rep too, and how did they leave things with you?
