Trying to claim a GameCard is a joke. How can this not just be sent to the email that ordered? Would save an advisor to help actual customers issues and give people a good service. As texting 150 didn’t works as suggested in previous posts and I’m not on hold for over 25 minutes to speak to someone to sort this.
it’s the same for the Gamepass and such that come with broadband. Always a chore to claim these things through EE. If they can’t be bothered to do the promotion properly then don’t bother at all.

I appreciate it will be really frustrating if you've been struggling to get this claimed, so let's see if we can point you in the right direction.
Can I just confirm how it is you purchased this? Did you buy it separately, or as part of a promotion?

It was included in a console bundle. I tried texting 150 and that’s didn’t work. So I spent over 30 minutes in the phone yesterday to an advisor who ended up giving me an email address to email claiming a lost card

Thanks @BrinDiesel, we recommend that GameCard codes will usually be delivered within 2 working days of you receiving your device.
I can see that you've mentioned sending a message, but outside of this have you had anything else come through from us?

I’ve had no response from the email sent yesterday. I was assured it would be answered promptly as they were customer facing according to the lady I spoke to. But nothing yet.

So just to be sure here @BrinDiesel, you've not received anything further from us via text or email in the 2 days since this arrived?
Also what email address was it you were asked to contact?

No I have not received anything since the console was delivered. The email adderss the lady gave me was bhneegaming@waivpay.com

Thanks @BrinDiesel, that email address is the one for the team that administer the EE GameCard.
I've had a check over the process with this though, and if you don't hear anything back this is definitely something our team should be able to escalate if needs be.
I know you've spoken with them already, but now that 2 working days have passed again I'd definitely recommend you get in touch again, and we can get this checked further.
