EE GameCard nightmare

So I ordered TWO Xbox’s back in September BOTH orders never went through, no one could fine my orders. After calling they were reordered I received both Xbox’s a few days later, couple weeks late I noticed I never received my pass and game card that was part of the bundle was told over and over again I’d have them within 30days of receiving, as a good gesture a lovely colleague got ONE of my game cards to me via live chat and that was fine. Fast forward to now and I haven’t got the 2nd Xbox gamecard, after calls and multiple live chats no one seems to be able to just help, this is becoming so frustrating and I’ve really had enough.

You have done the right thing reporting this to our tech guides who can get this investigated for you and raise a webform with the relevant team.

I’ve ordered ps5 pro with 250 voucher and 70 pound gamecard everything except gamecard arrived. Can you check that for me please?

When did you purchase your Xbox?

The Game Card isn't a physical card, but instead a digital code that will be delivered by text to your registered number within 2 working days of receiving your console.

If you have not had the text, could you try texting EE GameCard to 150 from the phone registered on the account.

I do not seem to be getting anywhere with this, I ordered the metaquest through add to plan and still not received the gift card , emailed the company I was sent to and heard nothing , tried again with EE web chat and keep being passed on ! Very disappointing , never had any issues usually with EE but this is a nightmare. Please sort

I'm the same as above spent in excess of 4 hours between trying to call and messages on the app 

Every time I keep getting passed on or told will be with you in a few days , so far the service has been absolutely  shocking still no further on and was given an email address to email but as I said at the time I bet I don't get a reply and nope nothing atall
