EE GameCard nightmare

So I ordered TWO Xbox’s back in September BOTH orders never went through, no one could fine my orders. After calling they were reordered I received both Xbox’s a few days later, couple weeks late I noticed I never received my pass and game card that was part of the bundle was told over and over again I’d have them within 30days of receiving, as a good gesture a lovely colleague got ONE of my game cards to me via live chat and that was fine. Fast forward to now and I haven’t got the 2nd Xbox gamecard, after calls and multiple live chats no one seems to be able to just help, this is becoming so frustrating and I’ve really had enough.

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you have both not received your EE Game Card from your bundle. The codes should be received by text within 2 working days after receiving your console, sent to the number the bundle has been added to. 

If it has been over 2 working days you would need to contact us on 150 and request that a Game Card escalation webform is raised which will be sent to our product support team who will then respond to help get your codes.

Yes about 4 times yesterday alone, no one has resolved the issue for me. I’m tired of calling being on hold for hrs and then live chat is even worse, i spent over 5hrs yesterday trying to sort this, people kept disconnecting on me as they couldn’t help and the last person just told me to wait another 48hrs, this shouldn’t be so difficult. 

This is exactly my experience @Iseeyoux1234 - on hold for ages and no-one being able to help.  I also tried live chat in the app and it was woeful.  Never actually connected to an agent at any point.  I have not faith at all that I will hear anything over the next couple of days and then I'll have to ring up again.  I've raised a complaint, but doubt that will do any good either.

Yup! I’m sorry ur experiencing the same issue. I’m definitely never ordering anything again, that’s for sure.

Could you please confirm if you placed your order via the EE Store online or is it an add to plan?

Over the telephone in the end, originally online but the orders didn’t go through correctly so I phoned with concerns after not having deliveries and they told me that it hadn’t gone through and took the order again over the phone. 

It’s also an add on to a plan I originally have
