Can I get help please, just had a text through with my game card voucher & pin, but the voucher doesn't work. It's only 10 digits long??

Can you tell me a bit more about what's happening when you try and use the GameCard? Are you getting an error to say it's not long enough?

Hi Lesley, thanks for getting back to me
So, when it asks for my voucher it says input an 11 or 19 digit number. The number I received over text is only 10 digits long?

@RobTagg Just to confirm you are adding a digital product from here https://games.ee.co.uk/ , then going to checkout. Then entering the Gamecard number and PIN on the first page of the checkout and then when you press submit, is that when it pops up with an error?
And is this the same when you try on a different browser?
If you continue to have issues redeeming your code, you can e-mail the fulfillment team on bhneegaming@waivpay.com to check the details of your Gamecard code.

@RobTagg If you have not already, e-mail the details to that e-mail address above who will be able to investigate and help resolve. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, if you call us on 150 our team will be able to send a form to escalate it for you.
