I done an order the delivery is for my new address which I put on the order but dpd is stating it will deliver to my old address. I don't understand why is it stating my old address when I put my new address in.

@Rfdm90 Because you haven’t updated your EE billing address. Ie you need to up date your EE account information.

Thank you I will ring them tomorrow and speak to them as I presume they are shut now. Hopefully they can sort it for me. Thank you for your help.

@Rfdm90 You can do this yourself via your online EE account. you’re going to need to speak with customer services to make dire they change that address for you order.
