Consistent packet loss on PC games and browsers also internet disconecting

Since December i have experienced consistent packet loss on my pc so i had to resolve to a 3rd party app on my pc called ''Exit lag' this   has fixed the problem but means i have to pay monthly just so i do not experience these problems i just wish i could fix it PLEASE HELP Me

i also have a problem with my phone the internet sometimes just disconnects randomly but the main problem is the consistent  packet loss

No, that's not your router but just its WiFi SSID.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

it is a smart hub the service is fibre package it is connected via ethernet but i can also use wireless and i still struggle with packet loss on pc
