So I am trying to get the EE black ops 6 skin but all I’m getting is the same message from EE when I text the message “BLACKOPS6” can anyone help with this

I need some help to get the hella chill skin I sent Blackops6 to 150 but it dose not work

when i text 150 BLACKOPS6 i get a response but it’s just to say “Sorry we were unable to complete your request. Please try again a little later”

I am a mobile contract customer and have been for 10 years, when I text "BLACKOPS6" to 150 I get an automated response saying "Sorry we were unable to complete your request. Please try again a little later or if you continue to receive this message call us on 150."

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've tried twice today once this morning and once tonight. Typed in "BLACKOPS6" the reply i received was "sorry we were unable to complete your request.  Please try again a little later or if you continue to receive this message call us on 150"

 

How do I fix this?

Why is that relevant at all?

Nothing to do with pay as you go it just doesn't work at all got 3 sims on contract and not one of them works
