@PetrolheadDan

As you're a Pay Monthly customer and you're still unable to claim the code, please give us a call via 150 from your EE mobile.

Hey there @carlojacko13

The Black Ops 6 item code offer is only available to our Pay Monthly mobile customers, or to anyone that's purchased the game or one of our console bundles via the EE Store.

Our codes are out of stock at present, but if you know anyone that is on pay monthly that could provide you with one, we'll let you know if these become available again on our gaming page.

I had an issue with it not being able to connect to the network. Did loads of different settings: Port Forwarding, clearing mac address on the xbox, but nothing fixed it permanently. The way igot round it was:

log in to your hub router (see ee website and use your sign in details on hub label)

have your xbox switched on (so you can select it in the next bit)

then on laptop or pc/mac: http://192.168.1.254/FirewallScreen/firewall-configuration

at the bottom there is a section for DMZ. use the drop down to select your xbox and then save these settings

I'd also reset your hub (then you know its all locked in if the settings are still in place if you log back in to: http://192.168.1.254/FirewallScreen/firewall-configuration

Try xbox again and fingers crossed, should work
