@Matt_124 : Also, I guess, texting 150 from an EE Home Phone won't work altho' they are technically EE custs for EE BB.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@XRaySpeX Very true, not sure if the ramifications of the word "all" were considered when the offer was launched.

There's a possibility it was an oversight with PAYG customers in that it wasn't added to the 150 text prompts so that may get fixed, but also could just be bad wording when they really just mean PAYM customers.

But yes I never even considered the troubles a BB customer would have texting 150, nevermind those that are BB-only.

@Matt_124 : EE have always considered "All custs" to apply only to contract (usually mobile) custs & have often excluded PAYG users from that classification, even tho' in law they are in contract with EE (Supply service for a Consideration). Just have a look at some T&C's for add-ons. It is often not clear that they do not apply to PAYG.

It looks like its only for monthly customers, I was able to get one on my main mobile which is monthly but not on a pay-as-you-go sim even after topping up.

@Matt_124  I am actually a PAYM customer which is why I am so confused as to why its not working.

Hi @Jxm7x,

Welcome to the EE Community

What is happening when you try and text BLACKOPS6 to 150 from your EE mobile?

Are you an EE mobile contract customer? If not, you can't text to 150 & so you can't get it. It is an EE promotion to its mobile users.
