Hi, please help a confused me! I was looking at adding the xbox series x to my account. Its £31 a month for 2 years. But then it says a rolling contract of £30 a month. Surely after the 2 years it is yours so what are you then paying for?? Also £720 seems alot compared to Amazon. Is it simply because of the paying a little each month privilege? Its a minefield! Help would be really gratefully received!! 🙏

Hi @Mellymoo80
Thanks for coming here.
For the Xbox Gaming Bundle, a 24 month term applies you can cancel the contract and the benefits after the 24 months. Or, the 30 day rolling contract after the 24 months will include the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, EE Gamers Data Pass and EE Video Data Pass for £30 a month.

EE's contracts have no concept of paying off the hardware. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the contract.

@Mellymoo80 Your not just getting the Xbox with this so it will seem more costly. The Xbox game pass on its own is £10.99 per month, EEs data gamer pass is £11 on its own and the video pass is £12.99 per month on its own. Your also paying for these when you purchase this all be it at a reduced rate. So if you compare a like for like with your purchasing the Xbox from say Amazon you’ll pay more if you purchase these extras on their own.
