Hello I am not receiving my beta code when i am texting BLACKOPS6 to 150 can someone help me or can find me a code please!

Nope. No luck with billing, they put me through to Technical and they couldn’t do it as they’ve sold out 😞

It’s not happening. You must have gotten extremely lucky, I haven’t and have wasted nearly an hour on the phone. 

What words did you use? 
So frustrating, if some agents can sort this and some can’t.

Called a few more times and it’s definitely something they can’t do over the phone and the promotion is now OVER. 

So either you managed to impossible or you’re on the windup 😞

Hi matey have no reason to wind anyone up. Truss me. I rang today and did it over the phone. Spoke to billing team. Loyalty team told me to call and ask manager. Wouldn't have taken a pic and posted if I was lying

I thought it was billing that gave you the code? Do I need to speak to loyalty or a manager? How did you get through to a manager? 

Sorry, I’m just frustrated, calling up CS and asking the same thing over and over and getting absolutely nowhere.

OK... loyalty called me randomly as been with EE for 11 years. Asking me about savings i could have  i then asked the agent whilst your on the phone. Do you know about this bo6 promotion. He spoke to his manager and told me I need to call customer services..  I then rang billing and the lady spoke to her manager and she did the code over the phone and then texted it to me. I placed her on hold. Tried it and then it worked.. that's the full story...

EE does have codes as of 2 days ago ignore the banner on the Gaming site as that's false. Codes are not being distributed to the public from what I have been told by an internal employee of EE.

Why are they not distributing them? Do they plan to distribute them or are the staff going to sell them on eBay for their Christmas bonus? 😉 

They’ve been “working on getting more codes” for over two weeks.
