As many on here have already posted about, I added the ps5 deal with the 125£ game card to my mobile bill.
the contract stated I would receive 200£ worth of vouchers to purchase 24 months of PSN which was received in an envelope attached to the PlayStation.
it’s only been a week or so since the PS5 had arrived and so far no sign of the 125£ EE game card, after some research it’s apparent that fulfilling this has been a problem for EE since at least 2021 and all the tell you to do is to message EE game card to 150, make a complaint or to contact a third party company which deals with the game cards. Most people have had to wait upwards of 1-2 months before this has presumably arrived and had been fulfilled, I’m not prepared to wait that long before EEs contractual obligations are met, I have contacted EE multiple occasions on the phone in regards to this already and have been fobbed off, I’ll either be cancelling before my 14 days are up or be withholding payment until your end is completed, thanks

You would normally receive a text with the Game Card details within 2 working days of the console arriving.
If you've not had it yet, please give our customer service guides a call, and they have a form that they can complete, which goes to our back office team for them to chase this for you.
