Just a couple quick questions. To start, during covid i added and paid off a xbox series s, now i want to add a ps5. for the series s, since it was the hight of covid, they didnt require photo id. has that changed any? if i order it online would i need photo id?
could i do it in store? just walk into a branch and ask to add it to my contract? i've had issues with the website before.
if i did it in store, would i need id? if not, am i walking out of there with the ps5 (if they have in the back) or is it still gonna ship to my home address?
what would be easier for me (someone who doesnt have any valid photo id) online or in store?

Hi @StevenS1989,
Welcome to the EE Community
Add to plans where you spread the cost of a purchase by paying directly on your EE bill is only available on EE Mobile at the moment. So if you are not an EE Mobile customer you wont be able to add it that way unfortunately.
However you can still pay for the console using EE Finance which like an add to plan is available as a 0% interest credit agreement. You can read more about it here About EE Finance | Payment Methods | Billing Help | EE
Here is a link to the PS5 consoles we sell Playstation Consoles | PS5 consoles | EE, next to the price or when you visit the product page it will show if its available on EE Finance.
