Activate game add on

Hi, I've been told to go to ee.co.uk/Xbox to activate my gaming add on 

Once I've entered the OTP it says there's nothing to activate though, any ideas?

That is definitely the right way, so it should be working for you.

Have you tried to activate this over mobile data and disable any WiFi connection?
