WiFi schedule not activating

I have set up some WiFi schedules for my kids, but they don't appear to be kicking in. Is there something else I should be doing?

@yimmin Did you do all the parental controls and groups etc all as advised by the help and through the app! And you are sure that the kid's are not getting around the connection by making changes! Link from the help should you need it is below!

I just followed the instructions and I'm here, since doing this a couple of days ago the connections haven't been paused as all the devices are still showing as online during this period.

The kids aren't aware and wouldn't know how to work around this.

@yimmin Will take a look at your picture once it get's cleared for viewing, can you say what Router you have from EE link below so you can see the pictures, and if you have any smart wireless extenders on it.

What do you mean by this (bold)?

As far as I know, when devices are blocked, they will still be able to connect to the hub/Wi-Fi; it's just that they won't be able to actually reach the Internet.
