My sim isn’t working and my phone is saying no service and I can’t ring or call anyone but when I turn the phone off it is asking for a sim pin which I don’t know what mine is 

EE and tampnet

Currently working offshore North Sea in UK sector , and trying to use the Tampnet network .   No data or texts will come through?  Is there a setting that needs to be changed?  I have roaming switched on , using Iphone 12.   The phone shows full sign...
