Hi All, 

Since yesterday I’ve had no signal on my phone in and around my house, only working off WiFi can not make or receive any calls/facetimes!!

If you're connected to wifi does wifi calling not work.

To reinforce the point, WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone for calls & texts regardless of mobile coverage. Whenever you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason, it's an ideal mitigation.

Use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the meantime.

Yes tried the local issues  but says service not available.

Could you try the status checker on a different device or browser please? It could explain the problems, if we're aware of any issues in your area.
