where is the option add BT account to my EE?

Hey guys, I have recently purchased a phone contract handset and airtime plan on the idea I was able to claim discount as I'm a BT account holder with the fibre900 plan both contracts are registered with my home address but I cannot find the option to add my BT account ID to EE? Where is it please.

I have spoken with BT and EE via live chat. It was confirmed the discount is already applied when my billing for both BT and EE was matched and no further action is required. Its a shame the EE portal doesn't show this itemized in the billing section.

@robbieg123  You’ll not get a discount because it’s two different companies you have these products with.   You might get an extra 10Gb of data for the mobile because of having broadband and mobile with BT/EE as that was the offer.   If you want any  sort of discount then both need to be supplied by EE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.



For example I select a product that had 30% discount on my plan as Im a BT customer ? and last I learnt BT and EE are in the same company group?
