I joined EE in December and EVERY single time I have reied to log into my account since then it says 'Something went wrong, try again later'  EVERY single time...

I would like to know what is going on or is it just a good for nothing website from yet another company that cares nothing about actual customers, but all for customers' money...?

To get your EE account looked into and support ticket raised you would need to contact our tech guides. 

If you call 150 and select technical support and then the option to speak to a guide they will get this looked into for you.

Same issue been happening to me too mate. Can't use the app and can't log in online. I've spoken to about 15 different people from EE and no one can fix it. I've come to accept it shall not be fixed and I need a new provider 😂
