trying to upgrade online

Trying to upgrade online, my account says i'm able to, but the upgrade links are either not working or sending me around in circles.  Is there a bug in the website?

Have you tried another browser?

Are you presented with an error messages or does it just loop round?

I've tried several browsers but it just loops round. No error messages.

Same issue here. Its driving me nuts!!! Seem to recall I had a similar issue before too 😞

If you're unable to upgrade online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Care team so they can check your account.
