settings keep saying I am not account holder only me using this mobile phone mel

@melvynhammond  You need to login to your online EE account and change your status from user to bill payer.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's under Account Settings > Manage Numbers.
