Hello, team! I have a problem; my name in the contract was registered incorrectly, as was the email address. I received the wifi via royal mail and there I realized that the name was wrong. I was registered with the name of Alece Malut and my name is Alice Marut I tried to call the phone numbers, but the robot always hung up. What should I do in this case, the contract is for home broadband and it starts on 27/11/2024

0330 123 1105 is the correct contact number for our broadband team, have you been able to get through to someone on this number?

I'm sorry to hear the call did not connect you to an agent.
When calling I'd recommend following these steps:
Option 2 > Option 2 > Option 1 > Option 1.
These options should connect you with an agent.
