I have read this and other instructions but none of it is available or works;

just joined, there is NO blocking page displayed for me to try and enter any CC details when I access restricted websites, I just get "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" on the page, tried from chrome an edge same result.
There is NO WHERE in the account settings to turn it off with the 'my ee' account - just endless instructions of how to do it, none of which work.
You can only change it to strict or moderate it seems from texting 150 from the router (Tried texting OFF but that doesnt work)
I was going to look at the app but that is down for maint!!!

No, I have gone into the app and then settings then ID verification, click on that and I get "you havent requested ID verficiation yet...." and NO (I repeat no) option to request it!!!!
are you haveing other issues you are aware of?
I couldnt loginto my account or reply to this forum message for about 1/2 hour this morning
my usage allowance in the app and on the web is obv incorrect and is showing OB remaining, this is after buying a 100GB pack yesterday and despite me browsing freely (apart from adult sites) using ee.

As your account is pay as you go, to remove the content lock you would need to call us on 150.

ok will do thanks, I need to ask about all the data showing as zero and another issue
also the phone systems yesterday were so bad (everyone sounded like a dalek and I couldnt undertsand them, they said there were systems problems and couldnt help me and to call back for a different query? - doe that sound correct ??)
a final point - why on earth though, is no mention made of this anywhere in the instructions, the app or my account, in fact the instructions suggest otherwise.....
