Welcome to the community.

If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to see if they can find a plan they can offer for that device.

That kinda defeats the object of the app, I want to be able to view the plans, and I have spent 6hrs with them over the space off 3 months trying to get it sorted, and am going to move supplier as what's the point of having a app if you cannot use what you advertise.

Thanks for coming back to us. 

If you give us a call the team will be able to get your My EE account looked into and raise a support ticket if needed to get this resolved. You would then have the option to upgrade online.

i have called 5 times and spent a total of around 8hrs trying to get this sorted with no luck, to the point where my 5 contracts I have with you I am going to move 2 that are due for upgrade now as i want to view the plans myself online.

yes, and never heard nothing back, this was done twice😡

I would have thought as I had been a valued customer since 2012, and hold 5 contracts with you and my internet, you would have done anything to get this working to keep my custom, but seems that is not the case, All i get its alright we can upgrade for you over the phone- but I wanted to view the phones and plans myself at my own lesiure
