They should be able to reset your online account completely so that you can register again, @robpec

Hi, Yes, they reset it. I registered my account again but the problem is the same. I cannot register devices because I get a message that the devices are already registered on another account. It's been over 3 months now, I've been paying bills and I don't know why?!

They may need to reset the ones that the other numbers used to be attached to, @robpec

Yes. My last interview was on Saturday (25/11/23). I was told that my email address had been reset and I needed to register again. I did that but the account number remained the same and there is no device

This is something you need to discuss with our technical support team again. If everything they have tried doesn't work, they can raise a ticket to investigate it further.

This has been going on for over 3 months now and all I have are text messages about the ongoing investigation. If it helps, this is the investigation number INC2736103 Please help because I don't know what to do anymore 😭
